Please note: When you purchase your time slot, you are guaranteed entry for one (1) person. But we'd love for you to bring friends along! You will be asked how many people you'd like to bring before you add to cart; we can welcome up to nine (9) guests, to total 10 people in your party. When your group arrives for your appointment, each guest will be asked to provide a credit/debit card or cash to secure their store credit for the event. Each friend of the bookstore will get their own limited edition gifts to take home!
AKA Late or No-Call, No Show Shoppers: Because this experience is one-of-a-kind, we can't offer refunds. However, we understand that things come up—after all, we are living in These Uncertain Times—so we are happy to work with you. While we can't reschedule your private shopping session, we will apply your $20.00 store credit to a future purchase when you visit us next. You can also apply the credit to an online order if you prefer. If you are going to be late or can no longer make it, we ask that you notify us at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time. And hey, we get it, sometimes you catch all the red lights. But to respect the guests scheduled after your session, your shopping experience will still end at the designated time regardless of when you arrive.
