About the Event
Join All She Wrote Books and our co-hosts BCAF on Thursday, November 5th at 7:00pm, as we welcome author and journalist Camila Kerwin to celebrate the release of her debut book — Soft Targets: Guns in America and Kids Caught in the Crossfire! A work of comics journalism around the stories of four kids who have died in the U.S. due to gun violence or gun negligence—the leading cause of death for minors since 2020, and dispelling myths of the history of gun culture in the U.S.
This book launch event will include a moderated discussion with cartoonist and historian Joel Christian Gill, an audience Q&A, and a signing by Camila!
